Myspace Reunited - Son Found Long Lost Birth Parents Online at Myspace.com
By an incredible twist of fate, a twenty year search has turned up trumps when an adopted son searching for birth mother, struck gold when he typed in her name on Myspace.
After trying everything, Leon Bailey, 26, had the brainwave that maybe he should try an online search on the famous social networking site.
Miraculously he had the answer he was looking for within minutes when his search revealed his mother’s profile first in the list.
After getting in contact with his birth mother, Debra Kneuman, 41, she then made a Myspace search for his father whom she had lost touch with after they seperated.
And sure enough, he was there too. Leon’s father, Tony Goulbourne even had pictures of his son as a baby on the profile page of his Myspace account.
Due to circumstances at the time when his parents separated, Leon’s mother felt she couldn’t cope in bringing up the young child on her own and he was adopted by an American couple.
After a few years his mother then immigrated to the States to start a new life for herself.
Mr Goldbourne said, on finding out about his son’s whereabouts: “It was like it was the missing jigsaw to my whole life”.
Now almost six months later, Leon is all set to reunite with his father as he flies into the UK this morning from him home in the US.
Myspace has a member base of over 100 million users; what an extraordinary stroke of luck to find your missing family there. That’s networking for you.
“Even though he’s a man and not a little boy, I just want to hold him until there’s no tomorrow.” said his mother after her son found her.

What a brilliant thing to have happened! How amazing that the father had pictures of his son as a baby on his profile as well. What an amazing story.
Good luck to Leon in meeting his father today, I’m sure it’ll be a very emotional day for the both of them.
Another very interesting news post from you here; it really is amazing what can happen on MySpace sometimes.
